BACKGROUND

Hi, my name is Dan, and I’ve been working as a personal trainer for several years. My passion for this field was shaped by my own journey through competitive sport and the challenges of injury rehabilitation. That experience gave me a deep understanding of the physical and emotional toll injuries can take, and it motivated me to help others avoid similar setbacks. I’m committed to guiding individuals toward safer, stronger, and more sustainable movement — with a focus on long-term health and performance.

BIO

My practice is informed by both personal experience and a core belief: that everyone should feel at ease in their body and be able to move freely, without pain or limitation. I work with a wide range of clients — from youth to older adults — and take a tailored, inclusive approach to meet each individual’s needs and goals. Regardless of age or starting point, I believe it’s never too late to restore functional movement, improve quality of life, and build lasting confidence in one’s physical ability
